THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS RE-ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEDFORD COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SHELBYVILLE
  COFFEE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MANCHESTER
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
  MOORE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LYNCHBURG

* UNTIL 1245 PM CDT

* AT 1044 AM CDT...LOCAL OFFICIALS REPORTED A WIDESPREAD FLOODING    
  ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS.      
  SEVERAL ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER. SHOWERS AND      
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH NOON   
  CDT. AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WITH   
  THE APPROACHING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WHICH WILL PROLONG THE   
  FLOODING. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR 
IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO 
CROSS BRIDGES, DIPS, OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD. 
NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM, EVEN A SMALL ONE, ON FOOT. TO 
ESCAPE RISING WATER, MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
