  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR DIGGINS...
  OR 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF AVA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
   HARTVILLE BY 355 AM CST.
