  WEBSTER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 400 AM CST

* AT 311 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
  ROGERSVILLE...OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF OZARK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
