* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANOKA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  WASHINGTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  HENNEPIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  RAMSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  CARVER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* PERSONS IN THE TWIN CITIES METRO AREA SHOULD EXPECT FLOODED ROADS
  AND UNDERPASSES THROUGH SUNRISE...AS SLOW MOVING STRONG            
  THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  REGION. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED AT LEAST TWO TO THREE INCHES   
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...WITH ANOTHER   
  ONE TO THREE INCHES OF ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION POSSIBLE PRIOR TO  
  6 AM. FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR WITH THESE 
  THUNDERSTORMS. 

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER 
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE 
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
