* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHIPPEWA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 709 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL.

* AN NWS SPOTTER REPORTS 2.7 INCHES IN THE PAST TWO AND A HALF HOURS 
  ONE MILE NORTH OF MONTEVIDEO.
