THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MEEKER COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 530 AM CDT

* AT 1130 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED TO WEST AND     
  SOUTHWEST OVER MUCH OF WESTERN MINNESOTA AND EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1.5 TO 2.5   
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN THIS EVENING OVER SOUTHERN MEEKER        
  COUNTY. HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO SOUTHERN MEEKER COUNTY WILL QUICKLY 
  ADD TO THESE TOTALS. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH THE NIGHT      
  COULD RANGE FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES...ESPECIALLY OVER SOUTHERN MEEKER   
  COUNTY.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
