THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KANDIYOHI COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 415 AM CDT

* AT 1016 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  CONTINUING TO MOVE OVER THE WARNED AREA. STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS    
  WERE LINED UP OVER WESTERN MINNESOTA AND EASTERN SOUTH             
  DAKOTA...AND WILL MOVE OVER KANDIYOHI COUNTY THROUGH THE NIGHT.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. RADAR AND GAUGE REPORTS SHOW THAT 
  2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN KANDIYOHI  
  COUNTY. REPORTS TO THE WEST INDICATE THAT SEVERAL MORE INCHES ARE  
  LIKELY THROUGH MIDNIGHT...AND EVEN MORE POSSIBLE AFTER THAT. THE   
  MOST SERIOUS THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING IS OVER THE SOUTHERN        
  PORTIONS OF KANDIYOHI COUNTY.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
