THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RENVILLE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 545 AM CDT

* AT 1145 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER NORTHWEST RENVILLE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES 
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER FAR NORTHERN AND NORTHWEST RENVILLE COUNTY 
  THIS EVENING. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. A LARGE COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS  
  WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE OVER RENVILLE COUNTY THROUGH 
  THE NIGHT. THIS WILL ONLY AGGRAVATE WATER PROBLEMS STEMMING FROM   
  THE HEAVY RAIN EARLIER THIS EVENING...ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHWEST  
  PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. RAINFALL TOTALS THROUGH THE NIGHT MAY VERY 
  WELL END UP FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES IN THE NORTHERN AND NORTHWEST       
  PORTIONS OF RENVILLE COUNTY.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
