THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL COCONINO COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ARIZONA

* UNTIL 615 PM MST (715 PM MDT)

* AT 250 PM MST (350 PM MDT)...LOCAL EMERGENCY OFFICIALS IN TUBA 
  CITY REPORTED THE DIKE ON DODSON RESERVOIR IN TUBA CITY WAS STABLE 
  BUT AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL. HOWEVER...OTHER EARTHEN DIKES IN THE     
  AREA WERE CONSIDERED UNSTABLE. SHOULD ANY OF THE DIKES FAIL...     
  AN IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF FLOODING WATERS INTO NORTH CENTRAL TUBA    
  CITY WILL OCCUR.
