THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  HAYS
  COMAL
  GUADALUPE
  BEXAR
  WILSON
  ATASCOSA

* UNTIL 500 PM CDT

* AT 140 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS  
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING FROM CAMPBELLTON AND FLORESVILLE       
  NORTHWARD ACROSS SAN ANTONIO...CANYON LAKE AND SAN MARCOS.
  RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED AT 1 TO 2 INCHES AND HOUR.  MOVEMENT
  IS NORTH AT 25 MPH.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
  TRAIN ACROSS THE AREA OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
