* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR

* UNTIL 130 PM CDT

* AT 1022 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KERRVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR WERE ESTIMATED ACROSS
  SOUTHEAST KERR COUNTY.   

* THIS WARNING INCLUDES LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...CAMP VERDE AND
  CENTER POINT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
