RAINS TRIGGERED BY AN UPPER AIR LOW INTERACTING WITH TROPICAL
MOISTURE PRODUCED 2.2 INCHES OF RAIN AT CAMP MABRY OVERNIGHT.
ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE DURING THE MORNING.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
