THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BLANCO
  HAYS
  COMAL

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 645 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN WITH RATES UP TO 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR OVER NORTHERN COMAL COUNTY 
MOVING UP INTO HAYS AND BLANCO COUNTIES.  FURTHER RAIN IS EXPECTED 
THIS MORNING AS TROPICAL MOISTURE INTERACTS WITH A SLOW MOVING UPPER 
AIR DISTURBANCE.      

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
