THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BURNET
  LLANO
  GILLESPIE
  BLANCO
  KERR
  KENDALL
  BANDERA

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 1246 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY TO
  MODERATE RAINFALL OCCURRING ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY.  MOVEMENT IS  
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED AT AROUND 1 INCH
  AN HOUR IN THE STRONGER STORMS.  RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAINS IN 
  COMBINATION WITH THE CURRENT RAINFALL WILL ALLOW FLASH FLOODING 
  TO CONTINUE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
