WHICH ISNT SAYING TOO MUCH.  COASTAL ZONES WILL HAVE A STRONG
BOUNDARY LAYER WIND TODAY...SO ONLY EXPECTING RAPIDLY MOVING
COVECTIVE TOWERS AND HIGH POPS/FFA WILL NOT BE NEEDED FOR THESE

AHEAD AND FCST FOR A STATIONARY TROF OVER S TX THROUGH SAT BEFORE
THE MID LVL HT GRADIENT STEEPENS OVER THE NRN GULF AS UPR HIGH
BUILDS OVER THE E/CEN US.  THIS SHOULD FINALLY KICK THE UPR TROF
WESTWARD.  HWR...TROF WILL BE REPLACED BY TROPICAL WAVE/MOISTURE
WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR CHC RAIN DUE TO DIURNAL CONVECTIVE CYCLES.

MARINE...STRONG INLFOW OFF THE GULF TOWARD ONGOING CONVECTION ACROSS
INLAND SECTIONS WILL PREVAIL THIS MORNING AND WILL POST SCA FOR THE
BAYS.  SCEC WILL BE PREVALENT OVER THE COASTAL/OFFSHORE WATERS DUE
TO EXPECTED GRADIENT AND CURRENT WAVES.  EXPECT INFLOW TO LESSEN
THIS AFTERNOON AND CAUTION CRITERIA WILL LIKELY BE REPLACING SCA
OVER THE BAYS.  OTHERWISE..EXPECT CYCLIC NATURE IN WINDS TO OCCUR AS
NOCTURNAL PULSES OF CONVECTION OCCUR OVER LAND..MUCH OF THE DEEP
CONVECTION WILL RESIDE OVER INLAND SECTIONS.  MID-LEVEL VORT
EXPECTED TO TRACK WESTWARD ACROSS THE GULF LATE IN THE WEEKEND AND
ANOTHER ONE EARLY NEXT WEEK WILL INCREASE MOISTURE PROFILES
RESULTING IN SCATTERED CONVECTION AND A BACKING OF THE WIND FIELDS
TOWARD AN EASTERLY DIRECTION.
