* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL KLEBERG COUNTY IN TEXAS
  WESTERN NUECES COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 107 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN 6 MILES SOUTH OF KINGSVILLE...MOVING NORTHWEST     
  AT 10 MPH.  THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ALSO MOVE INTO WESTERN NUECES  
  COUNTY AFFECTING AREAS FROM ROBSTOWN TO AGUA DULCE. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY

NORTHWARD MOVEMENT TO THE HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PORTIONS OF KLEBERG
AND NUECES COUNTIES.  AS A RESULT...HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THESE STORMS
WILL END BY 4 AM.

ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST OVER THE AREA
