  DUVAL COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* AT 300 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN DUVAL COUNTY FROM RAMIREZ TO         
  BENAVIDES.  RAINFALL TOTALS UP TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY.  THIS IS A  
  DANGEROUS FLOODING SITUATION.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
