  SOUTHERN PITTSBURG COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 928 PM CDT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO
  70 MPH WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES  SOUTHEAST 
OF HIGGINS TO 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HIGGINS TO 11 MILES  SOUTHEAST 
OF BLANCO TO 6 MILES SOUTH OF BLANCO TO 3 MILES SOUTH OF 
KIOWA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... BLANCO...KIOWA AND HIGGINS.
