THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  SOUTHERN PITTSBURG COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 911 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN PITTSBURG COUNTY.  THESE STORMS ARE MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL CONTINUE TO DUMP HEAVY RAINS.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 1215 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE BLANCO AND KIOWA.
