* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 840 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 4 MILES WEST OF KIOWA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
