THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  PUSHMATAHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1256 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH
  TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER MUCH OF PUSHMATAHA COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
  WERE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 400 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE DUNBAR...KELLOND...STANLEY...NASHOBA...SNOW...KOSOMA...
  MOYERS...CLOUDY...RATTAN...CLAYTON AND ANTLERS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
