* AT 407 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SUTHERLAND SPRINGS...OR ABOUT 4 <MILES WEST
  OF STOCKDALE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

VERY LARGE HAIL IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. IF YOU ARE

CONVECTION CONTINUES ACROSS THE SAN ANTONIO METROPOLITAN AREA.
APPEARS THIS AREA NEAR INTERSECTION OF INVERTED SURFACE TROUGH...
APPROACHING COLD FRONT...AND BASE OF UPPER TROUGH.  AWAITING PASSAGE
OF FINAL MID LEVEL SHORT-WAVE TO ROUND BASE OF TROUGH.  THUS...WILL
MAINTAIN HIGH POPS WITH MENTION OF SEVERE AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
SOUTHEAST...TAPERING TO NO POPS FAR NORTHWEST.  NO FLASH FLOOD WATCH
AS AREA REMAINS VERY FOCUSED.  LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY THE
LAST SHORT-WAVE WILL PASS ACROSS TEXAS.  AN UPPER RIDGE THEN BUILDS
IN WHILE SURFACE HIGHS BUILDS IN AS WELL WITH MOISTURE DRIVEN SOUTH
OF CWA.  UPPER AND SURFACE RIDGES WILL MAKE FOR MOSTLY SUNNY DAYS AND
MOSTLY CLEAR NIGHTS THROUGH THURSDAY.  MOISTURE APPEARS TO RETURN
FRIDAY AND INTO THE WEEKEND AS LOWER LEVEL FLOW BECOMES SOUTHERLY AS
POSSIBLE WEAK UPPER SHORT-WAVES UNDERNEATH UPPER RIDGE.  FOR THE
CCF...WILL GO WITH A BLEND OF GUIDANCE TEMPERATURES.
