THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VAL VERDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1254 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 8 MILES WEST OF COMSTOCK...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
  NEAR COMSTOCK AT 100 AM CDT

THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL BE MOVING OVER AREAS WHERE TWO THUNDERSTORMS 
HAD ALREADY PRODUCED HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF 
RAINFALL IN THE PAST TWO HOURS.  DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING OF LOW 
WATER CROSSINGS ARE LIKELY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
