SMALL CLUSTER OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES IN THE SAN ANTONIO
AREA WITH A FEW REPORTS OF 3 TO 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN.  CLUSTER HAS
SHOWN SIGNS OF WEAKENING IN INTENSITY AS REDEVELOPMENT TAKES PLACE
JUST WEST.  THESE THE RESULT OF SHORT-WAVE AHEAD OF COLD FRONT.
MODELS INDICATE SHORT-WAVE WILL MOVE EAST BY EVENING.  SO...WILL
MAINTAIN HIGH POPS AND SEVERE/HEAVY RAINFALL MENTIONS...ESPECIALLY
SOUTH AND EAST FOR THIS AFTERNOON.  HOWEVER...FLASH FLOOD WATCH
CONTINUES TO BE NOT NEEDED AS WIDESPREAD FLOODING NOT EXPECTED.  WILL
MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO WINDS AND TEMPERATURES BASED ON ONGOING
TRENDS.  ANY CHANGES TO REMAINING PERIODS WILL WAIT UNTIL AFTERNOON
