* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PUTNAM COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WHITE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  
* UNTIL 500 PM CST

* AT 300 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  HEAVY RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF HOURS...AND    
  IS SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY       
  OF LOW LYING AREAS NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS. LOCALLY HEAVY          
  RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THESE AREAS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE       
  OF HOURS WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH POSSIBLE.
