BEDFORD COUNTY IN TENNESSEE LINCOLN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE MARSHALL COUNTY IN TENNESSEE * UNTIL 315 PM CST * AT 105 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS...AND IS SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OF LOW LYING AREAS NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THESE AREAS OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH POSSIBLE. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
