* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CANNON COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WOODBURY
  NORTHWESTERN COFFEE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WESTERN DE KALB COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  SOUTHEASTERN RUTHERFORD COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* AT 923 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF CANNON...WESTERN DEKALB...SOUTHEAST RUTHERFORD
  AND EXTREME NORTHWEST COFFEE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES AS MUCH
  AS 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURRED IN THE PAST 3 HOURS.
  MORE HEAVY RAINFALL IS INDICATED TO THE SOUTHWEST...MOVING INTO THE
  AREA.

STREAMS AND RIVERS IN THE AREA WILL LIKELY APPROACH BANKFULL AND POSSIBLY
FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS. ROADS AND STREETS IN THE AREA MAY BECOME DIFFICULT TO
NAVIGATE DUE TO HIGH WATER AT UNDERPASSES AND LOW LYING AREAS. LOW WATER
CROSSINGS SHOULD BE AVOIDED. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
