THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLAY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  JACKSON COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  SMITH COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 315 PM CST

* AT 130 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY      
  RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS...AND            
  IS SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY       
  OF LOW LYING AREAS NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS. LOCALLY                
  HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THESE AREAS OVER THE NEXT FEW    
  HOURS WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH POSSIBLE.
