* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COFFEE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  GRUNDY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WARREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 345 PM CST

* AT 212 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS...AND IS
  SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY OF
  LOW LYING AREAS NEAR CREEKS AND STREAMS. LOCALLY HEAVY
  RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THESE AREAS OVER THE NEXT FEW
  HOURS WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH POSSIBLE.
