NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

A WARM FRONT WAS LOCATED ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN OKLAHOMA THIS EVENING.
ALONG AND TO THE SOUTH OF THE FRONT...VERY HIGH AMOUNTS OF LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE HAVE RESULTED IN VERY HIGH INSTABILITY. IN ADDITION...WINDS
ALONG AND JUST SOUTH OF THE FRONT WERE FROM THE SOUTHEAST OR EAST
RESULTING IN A VERTICAL WIND PROFILE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
