NORTHERN OSAGE COUNTY - NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA * UNTIL 1145 PM CDT * AT 1040 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 8 MILES EAST OF FORAKER. ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION WAS 10 MILES WEST OF PONCA CITY. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THESE STORMS MOVES EAST AT 20 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THESE STORMS...
