NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY - NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 312 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 3 MILES WEST OF CLIFTY. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST AT 30 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM... CLIFTY THIS TORNADO IS LIKELY WRAPPED IN RAIN AND NOT EASILY SEEN.
