THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANSON COUNTY
  DAVIDSON COUNTY
  DURHAM COUNTY
  GRANVILLE COUNTY
  ORANGE COUNTY
  PERSON COUNTY
  RANDOLPH COUNTY

* UNTIL 515 AM EDT

* AT 210 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. MANY LOCATIONS
  IN THESE COUNTIES HAVE RECEIVED BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN
  SINCE THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THROUGH 4 AM EXPECT ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS AROUND 1 INCH. THIS ADDED RAINFALL WILL CAUSE RAIN-
