THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BLANCO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 100 AM CDT NATION WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO EASTERN BLANCO COUNTY.  ONE HOUR
  RAINFALL WAS ESTIMATED AT 2 TO 3 INCHES MOVING INTO THIS AREA.
  MOVEMENT OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WAS TO THE NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
