COMAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS HAYS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED AROUND- * DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR IS FALLING OVER COMAL AND HAYS COUNTIES BETWEEN SAN MARCOS...CANYON LAKE AND NEW BRAUNFELS. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THIS AREA AND ARE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 15 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THESE AREAS... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH WATER COVERING THE ROAD.
