THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WILSON IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 805 AM CDT

* AT 5 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS WILSON
COUNTY.  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH...BUT BUILDING
SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHWEST.

*RAINFALL RATES ARE FROM ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR.  FLOODING OF
LOW LYING AREAS...STREETS...STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL OCCUR.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.


AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED

ATTM SINCE COMPARISON WITH LAPS INDICATES THAT IT IS BETTER THAN NGM
AND ETA IN FCSTG THE SFC PRES FIELD OVR THE WRN CWA. THE AVN PROGD A
SFC LOW TO DVLP FM 00 TO 06 UTC OVR THE WRN CWA AND LAPS PRES PTNS
INDICATES SUCH. THUS EXPECT PCPN TO DVLP OVR THE WRN CWA TNGT.
