* AT 515 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL BUILDING
  SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHWEST ACROSS ATASCOSA...FRIO AND ZAVALA
  COUNTIES.

*RAINFALL RATES ARE FROM ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR.  THE SHOWERS
