* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT

* AT 1110 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHEAST UVALDE COUNTY...
  MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST.

* THUNDERSTORMS WERE TRAINING OVER NORTHEASTERN UVALDE COUNTY AND
  HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES.  AN ADDITONAL 1
  TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 3 HOURS WITH THE SLOW
  MOVEMENT OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE

ATTM SINCE COMPARISON WITH LAPS INDICATES THAT IT IS BETTER THAN NGM
