* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WASHTENAW COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN
  LENAWEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT

* AT 750 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN IN EASTERN LENAWEE AND WASHTENAW
  COUNTIES... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* OVER FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN WESTERN LENAWEE AND
  WASHTENAW COUNTIES BETWEEN 1 AM AND 8 AM. ALTHOUGH RAINFALL IS
  DIMINISHING IN INTENSITY...RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAINFALL WILL
  MAINTAIN FLOODING FOR MUCH OF THE MORNING.
