HOLMES COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO * UNTIL 550 AM EDT * MANY ROADS ARE CLOSED IN HOLMES COUNTY BECAUSE OF HIGH WATER AND MANY STREAMS ARE OUT OF THERE BANKS. MORE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE MOVING IN BY MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUE FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT.
