* AT 810 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SOME THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN
  OVER NORTH CENTRAL HOLMES COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST.
  FLOODING OF ROADS ARND STREAMS WILL OCCUR SINCE THE GROUND IS
