  SANDUSKY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN OHIO

* AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS SANDUSKY AND ERIE
  COUNTIES WERE DUMPING TORRENTIAL RAIN NEAR AN INCH IN LESS THAN 20
