IN NORTHEASTERN UTAH ...WESTERN AND CENTRAL DUCHESNE COUNTY AT 118 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 17 MILES WEST OF DUCHESNE OR 5 MILES EAST OF FRUITLAND MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.
