THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY UT HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD/SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 420 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 313 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER
RADAR 35 MILES EAST OF HANKSVILLE...IN THE WESTERN PORTION OF
CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK.  THIS STORM WAS STATIONARY AND WILL
LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS
