IN NORTHWESTERN UTAH ...EASTERN BOX ELDER COUNTY AT 201 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR 25 MILES WEST OF BRIGHAM CITY OR 17 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PENROSE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
