IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...MUSKINGUM COUNTY AT 525 PM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN MOVING TOWARD THE WEST THROUGH CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MUSKINGUM COUNTIES. TOWNS AFFECTED INCLUDE ZANESVILLE...SOUTH ZANESVILLE...FULTONHAM... PHILO...MIRAM...AND BLUE ROCK STATE PARK. POOR DRAINAGE...LOWLAND...AND STREET FLOODING ARE IS ALSO LIKELY. MOTORISTS TRAVELING INTERSTATE 70 AND ROUTES 60 AND 22 SHOULD EXPECT PONDING AND ROADWAY FLOODING. MORE HEAVY RAIN COULD MOVE THROUGH THE COUNTY DURING THE EARLY EVENING. ...SAFETY TIPS...
