IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...GUERNSEY COUNTY...NOBLE COUNTY AT 330 PM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER GUERNSEY COUNTY AND NORTHERN AND EASTERN NOBLE COUNTY OF OHIO. TOWNS AFFECTED INCLUDE CAMBRIDGE...FAIRVIEW...QUAKER CITY... BATESVILLE... SARAHSVILLE...AND CALDWELL. THESE STORMS CAN PRODUCE RAINFALL AT A RATE OF ONE INCH IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO RE-DEVELOP OVER THE SAME AREAS WHICH CAN RESULT IN FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS. LOWLAND...POOR DRAINAGE AND ROADWAY FLOODING IS LIKELY.
