000 TTAA00 KPIT 020219 FFWPIT OHC031-021500- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING EXTENDED NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PITTSBURGH PA 1020 PM EDT SUN JUN 1 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS EXTENDED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING UNTIL 1100 AM EDT MONDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...COSHOCTON COUNTY. THE MUSKINGUM RIVER AT COSHOCTON REMAINS A LITTLE ABOVE THE FLOOD STAGE OF 13 FEET AND WIL REMAIN THAT WAY OVERNIGHT. OTHER SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS MAY ALSO FLOOD DURING THE NIGHT AS RAIN MOVES INTO THE AREA FROM TIME TO TIME. DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOOD WATERS ARE APPROACHING...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
