AT 340 PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...
CONTINUING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THESE AREAS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED
RAINFALL BETWEEN 2 AND NEARLY 4 INCHES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL
WORSEN FLOOD PROBLEMS AS RUNOFF CONTINUES. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF
FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...BASEMENTS AND ROADS HAVE ALREADY BEEN
REPORTED.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TOp HIGHER GROUND.
