AT 1230 PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR IN PITTSBURGH INDICATED ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL...HEAVY AT TIMES...TO MOVE ACROSS ARMSTRONG AND INDIANA
COUNTIES EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THIS AREA HAS ALREADY RECEIVED WIDESPREAD
RAINFALL TOTALS BETWEEN 1.0 AND 2.0 INCHES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL
PUSH SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS. LOW-LYING AREAS AND
BAS0EMENTS WILL ALSO LIKELY FLOOD.
